The air-conditioned and modern newly-built flat (2nd floor) is located in a beautiful residential complex directly at the beach with an outdoor swimming pool with sea view. You can also enjoy the wonderful sea view from the living area and the spacious balcony with comfortable terrace furniture. The beach is at your doorsteps (approx. 50m walk). The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and nicely furnished; a large Smart TV (55 inch) is available. The open kitchen is new and well-equipped (Bosch appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher); it includes a storage space with a washing machine. The Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) features a high-quality mattress. The separate office is fully equipped to allow for working from home (very strong internet, approx. 300 Mbit).

The newly-built beautiful residential complex is located directly at the beach (36°44'10''N - 003°59'08''W) and features the seafront promenade to El Morche and Torrox Costa at its doorsteps. It is an ideal place to relax while having all amenities nearby. El Morche in walking distance (500m), and the shops, restaurants and tapas bars of Torrox Costa are close-by (at 1-1,5 km). The beautiful town Nerja that is worth a visit is approx. 10 km away, featuring great restaurants and lively bars. The apartment Seaside Paradise is also an ideal location to explore the historic sights and beautiful treasures of Andalusia (Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Seville, Ronda, etc.).
Arrival by plane to Malaga AGP, from there 45 min by taxi (approx. 75 EUR) or rental car. Bus connection approx. 2 h, 9 EUR. On site, a rental car is not absolutely necessary (the local Mercadona supermarket offers a delivery service), but more convenient. Plenty of parking around the Duna Beach complex.
