If the guest withdraws from the contract with the landlord, the following cancellation costs, based on the total accommodation price, will be charged.
The following cancellation fees are due:
Up to and including 61 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total price.
From 60 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price.
From 14 days prior to arrival until the check-in date: 100% of the total price.

The electric Bäderbahn train line runs behind the house. A faint hissing sound can be heard every 30 minutes.
The train station can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes.
The nature reserve starts right at the front door.
Cars and motorcycles are prohibited in the reserve.
Shops can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, for example.
Getting there
Arrival is possible with and without a car.
The train station is 1.1 km from the apartment.
Parking for cars is available.

Noch nie waren wir in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung - alles war stilvoll und wertig eingerichtet und es gab alles, was das Herz begehrte (sogar Fläschchenwärmer, Babybettchen, Eierkocher, Grill, Spiele, Strandkorb,...). Jedes Fenster hatte nicht nur Jalousien, sondern auch einen professionellen Mückenschutz - was uns während der Mückenplage zu der Zeit gerettet hat! Die FeWo liegt direkt am Straßenende beim Naturschutzgebiet und wir haben bei gemütlichen Grill-, Wein- und Spieleabenden schönste Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad war man schnell überall (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand, Zentrum, Restaurants, Cafés...).
Ganz klare Empfehlung - auch für Ferien ohne Hund!

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für unseren Familienurlaub mit Oma, Opa, Tante, Onkel und uns dreien. So viel Platz, um trotz Trubel auch mal seine Ruhe genießen zu können. Wahnsinns-Ausstattung - es hat (für groß und klein) an nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein Sandwichmaker hat uns Freude gemacht :D. Zum Glück waren an allen Fenstern Mückennetze angebracht, sodass man wenigstens in der Fewo vor den Mücken sicher war. Ruhig gelegen und doch flott überall. Das war ein richtig schöner Urlaub in einer richtig schönen Ferienwohnung!
