The house is quietly situated on the sunny side of Au. The cross-country ski trail is right in front and the ski bus stop is 100m away. Nearby are the mountain distillery Löwen, the Baroque master builder museum of Au, the Rehmer church, the Holdamoos herb garden, and the valley station of the Diedamskopf mountain railways.

We always try to accommodate you. If you are unable to take your holiday and we can re-rent the apartment with timely cancellation notice, there will be no cancellation fees for you. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the trip are free of charge
- Cancellations from 89 to 30 days before the start of the trip 40% of the total price
- Cancellations from 28 to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total price
- Cancellations from 7 to 2 days before arrival 90% of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price
