The holiday home is situated on a small hill, offering a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding wooded mountains. Lake Garda can be reached by car in a maximum of half an hour.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a bright kitchen, and a spacious living room. The basement houses a garage.
On the sunny terrace, you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner (a table, chairs, and a sunshade are available). There is also a barbecue in the garden.
Thanks to the large garden that surrounds the holiday home, it is particularly suitable for families with children. The garden is filled with many fruit trees and also a vegetable garden.
The holiday home is located in a beautiful lake area at about 400 meters above sea level, surrounded by numerous small lakes, idyllic vineyards, castles, and the breathtaking panorama of the Dolomites. The area enchants with its scenic beauty, clean air, and unique microclimate.

The holiday home is located amidst a magnificent mountain landscape. Here you will find excellent summer and winter sports opportunities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, windsurfing, paragliding, as well as skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing).
The surrounding mountain peaks reach heights of 2000 m. The location creates favorable conditions for walks and hikes on marked trails of every difficulty level. Various thermal baths, swimming pools, and outdoor pools can be reached by car in 20/30 minutes.
In the village, there is a small supermarket, a post office, a restaurant, and a bar. Larger shopping facilities and a tourist information center can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.
In the vicinity (5 minutes by car), there are various wineries where you can enjoy numerous local wines and traditional delicacies.
The nearest major city, Trento, offers a variety of museums and attractions.
By car: Take the Trento Nord motorway exit, then head towards Riva del Garda, Valle dei Laghi, Valle di Cavedine
By train: Trento railway station, then continue by bus towards Vigo Cavedine
Nearest airport: Verona
