A spacious and lovingly detailed detached house on one level with exclusive furnishings offers comfortable space for up to 8 people on approximately 150 sqm.
Casa B has 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable box spring beds and air conditioning. Furthermore, the house offers a bathroom with double sinks, a separate toilet, kitchen, and living room with dining area.
A brand new fully equipped kitchen has all the electrical appliances you need: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Plenty of dishes, towels, bed linen, and Wi-Fi are, of course, available.
The large terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea offers pure relaxation – dining table, lounge furniture, garden loungers, and a gas grill – everything's THERE!
A pool is currently being built and will be available for the exclusive use of our guests from June 2024. Pictures of the pool will follow soon.
Parking for up to 5 cars in the garden.

Casa B is located in Tar, a small village with a beautiful view of the neighboring towns Porec and Novigrad. Just a few minutes (1.5 km) away from Lanterna Beach, the town of Novigrad and Porec, or Cervar Porat Bay. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, or olive groves for strolling are only 100-400m away.
