Welcome to Haus in Esch, a group accommodation for 1-13 adults.
The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen, a second fridge/freezer combination, 5 bedrooms each with a double bed 1.8 x 2 metres. There is an additional sofa bed in 3 of the rooms, so that there is room for up to 13 people in total. There are also two bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets.
If you are travelling with less than 9 people, fewer bedrooms can be made available by the host if required, so that a corresponding discount can be granted.
In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for leisure activities, cycling and hiking trails as well as the Freiliger See 14 km away. The 7th stage of the Eifelsteig is also within walking distance. There is a large meadow behind the house and there are enough garden furniture. There is also a room for storing bicycles. Everyday necessities are available in Jünkerath, 4 km away, and there is also a train station there. W-Lan is available throughout the house and in parts of the outdoor area. This is a non-smoking property and unfortunately pets and children are not allowed.

Hinweis zum Gästebeitrag: Zur Förderung des regionalen Tourismus zahlen Übernachtungsgäste in Beherbergungsbetrieben der Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein seit dem 01.01.2024 einen Gästebeitrag von 0,75 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Beitragsbefreit sind Kinder von 0-5 Jahren und Geschäfts- und Bildungsreisende.
Der Gästebeitrag ist nicht im Buchungspreis inkludiert, wird von der Unterkunft separat erhoben und an die Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein weitergeleitet.

Es stehen 5 Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. In 3 Zimmern ist zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, sodass insgesamt bis zu 13 Personen Platz finden.
Strom und Gas werden am Abreisetag nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Strom 0,37€/kWh, Gas 5,32€/m³.
Bettwäsche und ein Handtuchset können für 25€/ Person und Aufenthalt ausgeliehen werden. Bitte informieren Sie uns bei Bedarf im Vorfeld darüber.
