Our 'Hauerhof 99', a traditional wine grower’s house of the 17th century, is located in the center of Kritzendorf, 2 km from the city of Klosterneuburg, surrounded by vineyards, the Vienna Woods and the Danube.
10 km (15 minutes) to Vienna by car or train, and 10 minutes by subway to the very center of Vienna (St. Stephans Cathedral). The Danube cycling path, train station, supermarket, restaurant are within 500 m distance.
Getting there
A1 motorway west: exit St. Christophen, head for Judenau, Königstetten, Greifenstein, Kritzendorf.
A2 motorway south: in Vienna take A22 Donauuferautobahn, until exit Klosterneuburg to road B 14, until Kritzendorf
A4 motorway east: in Vienna take A22 Donauuferautobahn, until exit Klosterneuburg to road B 14, until Kritzendorf

Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner während des ganzen Aufenthaltes vor Ort, da die Vermieterin
selber in den Urlaub gefahren ist.
Einrichtung der Küche war mangelhaft. Insektenbefall in der Küche und im Bad. Im Bad war Schimmel
in der Dusche und sehr unsauber geputzt.
Auf Kritik via Email reagiert die Gastgeberin nicht angemessen, eher abwertend.
Lage der Wohnung ist auf einer stark befahrenden Hauptstraße.
Das einzige was gut ist, ist die Zugverbindungen nach Wien.

Our appartment was an excellent place to relax after a full day of strolling through Vienna. The furniture is comfortable. The garden with swimming pool is an excellent place to relax. The nearby train station enables the choice to explore Vienna by public transport or car.
The appartment has a direct access to the Wiener wald for a good walk, and to view Vienna from a distance.
The hosts, Familie Röhringer were very kind and helpfull.
It cerainly is a place to revisit.
