Villa Caterina comprises a total of 350 sqm of living space, consists of three separate units and is ideal for larger groups or several families. The first unit consists of a first floor with living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace and a bathroom with shower / toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the covered terrace and pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom with separate beds, a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and pool.
The second unit is located on the second floor and has in the lower part a spacious living area in typical Istrian style with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table for 12 people, sitting set and a separate toilet. At the entrance there is a nice covered terrace with garden furniture and in the upper part there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. In the second part of the yard there is a third unit consisting of a first floor with billiards, darts, table tennis and a small gym, while on the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person and a bathroom with shower / toilet. The whole house is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.

Villa Caterina is a vacation home with pool near St. Lovreč, only 15 km from Porec and the beach, and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house is situated on a fully fenced garden of 500 m² with well-kept lawn and flowers, 26 m² swimming pool, jacuzzi and deck chairs. Next to the pool is a nice covered terrace with large table for 12 people and a charcoal grill. In front of the house are several parking spaces.

Bei Kündigungen ab 27 Tagen bis 8 Tagen vor der Ankunft: werden 70% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Bei Kündigungen ab 7 Tagen bis 1 Tag vor Ankunft: werden 80% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Bei Kündigungen am Anreisetag oder NO SHOW: werden 100% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Als Kündigungsdatum wird das Datum betrachtet, an dem die Nachricht über die Kündigung eintrifft. (bei Sonn- oder Feiertagen gilt der folgende Werktag). Bei Nichtankunft oder einer unangekündigten Verspätung, behält ISTRALINE den Gesamtbetrag der Reservierung.
