Our holiday home offers three terraces and lots of greenery and lawns for sunbathing.
A cosy open kitchen/living room, a living room with a television, and a sofa form the centre of the anchorage.
Armchairs and stools as well as DVD players, films, and books are available.
The two bedrooms are on the upper floor.
The bathroom has lots of natural light (two windows) and a shower.
The holiday home is freestanding and fenced.
Comfortable and specially furnished freestanding house located in a cul-de-sac. All windows with perfect sun and privacy protection. All beds are box spring beds. Bed guards for the single beds. Many nice little details.

The tenant must pay 20% of the original rent as a flat rate to the property owner to compensate for the additional expenses.
Otherwise, the following cancellation scale applies:
20% of the rental price: immediately
30%: four weeks before arrival
50%: two weeks before arrival
100%: from 13 days before arrival
Termination must be in writing. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance!
