The flat occupies part of the ground floor of this beautiful house, which is used as a holiday home by a discreet owner. It has its own private, secluded garden, opposite the owner's garden on the other side of the house. The dwelling is very luminous, with numerous windows. A beautiful entrance hall opens onto the garden and leads to a large, comfortable living room, a small bedroom with 2 joinable single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a well-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) that doubles as a dining room. A corridor leads to the large bedroom (double bed 160 x 190 cm) and bathroom (bath/shower, washbasin and WC (washing machine dryer).
The elegant decor and large, walled garden with garden furniture create a lovely atmosphere.

Several valleys lead down to the sea and Varengeville beach, with its breathtaking cliffs. At the end of the street, a 5-minute walk takes you down a steep path to the Moutiers gorge. The village centre can also be reached on foot via a lovely walk along one of the most beautiful streets in the village.

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
