Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees for travel restrictions by Covid 19.
- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

Holiday destination
The villa is located on the outskirts of Galilea, a romantic mountain village. A selection of bars and restaurants can be found in Puigpunyent or Calvia, where there is also a weekly market. For those who like hiking, the nature reserve "Reserva Park", with hiking trails and waterfalls for swimming, is nearby. The Finca Galatzó is also a popular excursion destination and offers well signposted hiking trails.
The nearest beaches are Cala Fornells or Platja Palmira, about 15 km away. Palma airport is about 30 km away.
You should be a safe driver and rent a car that is not too big if you choose this beautiful villa.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Wir sind begeistert.
Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage oberhalb des Dorfes Galilea. Die große Glasfront (lässt sich komplett öffnen) und die Terrasse mit Pool bieten eine fantastische Aussicht bis in die Bucht von Paguera.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und hochwertig.
Zur Begrüßung fanden wir den Kühlschrank gefüllt und einen großen Obstkorb auf dem Tisch.
Die Gastgeber, Marga und Jordi, sind immer erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder!
