Holiday destination
In 10 minutes walk to the white sandy beach - natural, and formed only by dunes and cliff sections.
In front of the dune area is the Baltic Sea bike path.
Barendorf is a central starting point for excursions to the surrounding area, such as the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck, Wismar or Schwerin. Also the Baltic resorts Travemünde with the big drives, Timmendorf or Scharbeutz are easily accessible.
Getting there
Take the A20 freeway. At the Schönberg exit, turn in the direction of Schönberg. Stay on the Schönberg bypass until you reach the Schönberg/Dassow exit. After turning off in the direction of Dassow, follow the signs in the direction of Harkensee/Barendorf via Wieschendorf.

When we decided to buy and rent a vacation home, we came across Barendorf because it offers us city people an island of tranquility. In this way we are happy to be able to share with other people our passion in this beautiful spot.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist einfach super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Es fehlt an nichts. Tolle große Küche, mit viel Platz um entspannt ausgiebig zu frühstücken. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Morgens nach dem Frühstück dann in den Indoor Pool, der echt ein Highlight ist. Es war für uns zwei kleine Familien wirklich traumhaft und wir besprechen jetzt schon unsere nächste Buchung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer freundlich, schnell, einwandfrei. Der Brötchenservice hat auch super funktioniert. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende. Im Frühling kommen wir wieder.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon als Kinderzimmer zu nutzen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine gute Zeit braucht, selbst ein paar Bücher, Spiele und DVDs. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Pool eine gute Alternative.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig (Dorf halt). Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Dassow (ca. 10 Minuten) oder am Priwall (ca. 15 Minuten).
Es gibt einige Ausflugsziele, in der Nebensaison meist aber geschlossen.
Im Sommer ist es sicher ideal, der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen, je nachdem, wie schnell die Kinder sind...
Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung und auch die Vermieter auf jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!
