The holiday home is part of the Villa Riviera urbanization, a private gated community, right by the beach in Denia. It features 2 bedrooms, a cozy reading nook with a sleeping option for children, a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower upstairs. On the ground floor, there is an additional shower room, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and access to the terrace and private garden. The furnishings and decor are in Ibiza style; the house is bright and airy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area ensure comfortable temperatures. The kitchen is well-equipped. Outside, there is a terrace with a dining area and barbecue. An awning provides shade. The house is ideal for those who appreciate the beach, pool, and a quiet, relaxed environment during their vacation.

You can walk for miles on the beach, and kitesurfing is also popular. Many guests explore the surroundings by bicycle. A bicycle rental is nearby. You can also take the bus to the beautiful city center of Denia with its castle, the market hall, and the many shops.
The Urbanisation Villa Riviera is a well-maintained private residence consisting of several charming, individual white houses and spacious communal areas. These include the two fantastic pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, the tennis court available for everyone to use, and parking spaces. The house comes with a reserved parking spot. Nearby, there are several restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!
You can arrive by bus, the stop is just a few meters from the entrance gate. There is a reserved parking space for your car. The airports of Valencia or Alicante are each just under an hour's drive away.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, minus services not utilized, provided these are not included as a flat rate in the daily or weekly price according to the price list.
