This beautiful houseboat with a view over the Mookerplas is located in a wooded area on the edge of the Mookerheide. In this accommodation you can enjoy a great holiday. She is equipped with the same amenities as a fully furnished vacation home while offering the ultimate experience on the water in both winter and summer.
This great property also has a roof terrace which can be accessed from the outside via a staircase. On this roof terrace you can relax on the benches with a fantastic view over the sea. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and a table with a view of the shore through the large windows. From there you go directly to the terrace, where you can make yourself comfortable on two comfortable sofas and at the table near the water. The open kitchen offers all amenities such as a hotplate, coffee machine (Senseo), refrigerator and kettle. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate single duvets and pillows; the second is equipped with a bunk bed with two single beds (80 x 200 cm).
The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping places if more than 4 people want to stay here. The bathroom is equipped with every imaginable comfort with a toilet, washbasin, electric heating, hair dryer and shower with sliding glass doors. The fully insulated houseboat also has air conditioning and WiFi and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. In addition, next to the houseboat, there is also space to bring your own boat of maximum 2.5 * 5. You can park in the parking lot nearby. From there you walk about 5 minutes to the houseboat. Baggage carts are available in the port.
