The "Villa Topazio" has a completely equipped kitchen in the outdoor area (please note that there is NO kitchen inside) with a big marble table. Four steps in marble lead to the veranda and to the living room with TV with local channels and DVD-player.
On the same floor there is a shower bathroom without windows and two double bedrooms. On the first floor of the holiday house are 3 bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore there is a terrace with pool view and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. An extra fee will be charged for the use of lights of the tennis court.
Note: 5 days per week for approx. 3 hours there is a cleaning-, pool- and garden service (included in the price).

Flumini di Quartu is situated approx. 15 km away from Cagliari in the direction of Villasimius. At this side of the coast there are sandy beaches as well as rocky areas.
If you prefer renting a villa not far away from the city then this location is ideal for you!
The internal area stretches from the coast towards the mountain range of the ‘Seven Brothers’ and therefore presents us with a variety of natural conditions – going from the classical Mediterranean ‘macchia’ to small river and lake systems where you can watch protected animal species.
Arriving at the airport of Alghero or of Olbia follow the signposts direction Cagliari. Before driving into the city of Cagliari follow the signpost in the direction of Villasimius.
Approx. 20 km after Cagliari you will see a hotel named Califfo at your right side. Keep driving approx. 5,4 km and on the right side you will see a big sign with the label GRIM CAFÉ and SUPERMERCATO. Then turn right in the street named Liri on the place from the supermarket.
One of our employees will welcome you at the before discussed time. You will be accompanied to your villa and the key will be handed over to you.
