This modern cabin was completed in spring of 2023. It impresses with the breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake district. It is furnished with high quality Scandinavian style furniture and can accommodate up to six people. A spacious living-dining area offers room to relax or cook in the large kitchen, which is equipped to a high standard. The cozy bedrooms allow a peaceful sleep in the high air. A large sauna invites you to enjoy hours of wide-open views in cozy warmth after skiing, hiking or canoeing. We provide a 3-person canoe free of charge for our guests to discover the fantastic lakes and their islands.
Already on the approach to the hut the vacation begins when driving the 5.3 km long serpentine road! Once you have reached the hut at 800m above the lakes, you will be rewarded with a stunning view.

Norway's oldest stave church in Heddal, the Sommarland amusement park in Bø, climb Gaustatoppen or hike our local mountain.
This ultra-modern wooden cabin is situated high above the lakes Nisser and Vråvatn, in the middle of a small but beautiful ski area. This offers countless possibilities for activities in both, summer and winter. Or simply let yourself drift on the fascinating Telemark canal. The plateau of our local mountain is wonderful, where you can enjoy a public sauna and a great barbecue area. Our advertisement, with the corresponding pictures, will be updated again and again in the coming weeks.
Getting to our hut absolutely requires a car, as there is no public transportation up the mountain.
