Visit one of the oldest, fully preserved churches in Christianity above the modern Filiatrá reservoir, visit archaeological sites such as the Bronze Age Nestor Palace or the ancient city of Messini, whose excavation is now considered more attractive than the ruins of Olympia!
Getting there
The quickest way to reach Aurelia Home Finikounda is by plane to Kalamata, from there within 1 hour (58km, taxi approx. €70). Alternatively, you can arrive via Athens International Airport and then by rental car (3 hours mostly on the highway / 312km). A third airport is Patras-Áraxos, with a subsequent 2-hour drive (rental car). Another convenient option is to travel by car by sea (ferry from Italy to Patras, then another 2.5 hours / 212km journey) to the Aurelia Home. We will be happy to help you with detailed information.

Geweldige plek. Ontzettend schoon, prachtige binnentuin en voorbalkon met zeezicht. Alles wat Griekenland geweldig maakt, rust strand blauwe luiken en heerlijk eten. Wij komen graag terug! Een paradijs om te mogen zijn

Wenn wir an Griechenland denken, denken wir an blauen Fensterladen,weisse Haüser und Dörfer, in denen Sie in Ruhe und Frieden eine Köstliche Mahlzeit geniesen können. Alle zutaten, die wir hier gefunden haben. Dein innengarten ist wunderschön. Alles ist blitzsauber. Und der Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt ist angenehm. Es hat uns am nichts gefehlt.
