Our completely renovated summer house "Casa Feliz" is located in the beautiful Egmond aan Zee.
The holiday home has its own entrance and a garden with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother, induction hob, kettle, and toaster. Attached to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
The living room has a sofa for 2/3 people, a chair, a dining table for 4 people with an optional high chair, a smart TV with Netflix and an extensive channel package, as well as fast Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a large double bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. The second bedroom can only be reached through the first bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers, and an optional camping bed for a baby.

As can be seen in the photo, there is a spiral staircase in the house, which is somewhat steeper than a normal staircase and therefore not optimal for people with walking disabilities.
You have access to two dune cards and a parking card, which allows you to park one car for free.

In the center of Egmond aan Zee, you will find many lovely shops open 7 days a week, and various restaurants.
Alkmaar is nearby and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Hiking, cycling, enjoying nature, playing sports, visiting attractions, or relaxing on the beach, the area has something for everyone.
