The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows: If canceled up to 28 days before arrival, the tenant is guaranteed a 100 % refund. If you cancel later or do not start the trip, the full amount must be paid if the landlord is unable to rent the apartment again.
