Just a 7-minute drive takes you to the town center of Zell am Ziller. The free ski bus stops right outside the front door and takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena ski area.

Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
On the day of arrival, your room will be available no later than 3:30 PM and is reserved for you on the day of departure until 9:30 AM.
Our Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival
- Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total price;
- Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total price;
- In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total price
