The new fully equipped kitchen opens with sliding doors to the terrace and garden on two sides. Inside the house, it leads to an open dining area with a fireplace and an adjacent living room.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and their respective bathrooms.
Upstairs is a double room and the children's room with two children's beds and a baby cot. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.
In the spacious garden, alongside a trampoline, gas grill, and the heated pool at the back of the house, there is also a second terrace with a wooden picnic table overlooking the greenery.
The pool is secured with an electronic cover (child-safe).
The driveway has space for at least 3 cars.
The pool heating is included in the rental price from April to the end of October.

Changeover day in summer is Sunday.
