The kitchen, recently renovated, is organised, functional, modern, it fits perfectly into the fresh Mediterranean style of the Villa. Next to it, the spacious living room opens up with its soft sofas and a stove for cooler days.
The wonderful outdoor veranda, which runs the length of the villa, with a large dining table and a relaxing area overlooking the garden and the pool, completes the living area. On the same floor, a corridor leads to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and the second bathroom.
Both rooms overlook a small, private, sheltered outdoor veranda. A staircase leads to the basement level, the same of the pool and the garden, here we find the third bedroom with a bathroom en-suite.

Villa Acquamarina is in a unique location. We are in one of the most reserved areas of Costa Paradiso, at the end of a closed road with a crazy view, although the Villa is set in its own garden that keeps it reserved and hidden from everyone's eyes. By car, it is a short drive to the centre with all essential services, as well as to the harbour from which you can reach Cala Li Cossi and the splendid Cala Tinnari, as well as the possibility of exploring our marvellous coastline by dinghy.
