The flat is about 85 m² and consists of a kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat also has a terrace of about 20 m². The flat was occupied by ourselves until recently. We used to use a lot of wood, the bathroom and the separate WC were completely renovated eight years ago.
The holiday flat offers space for 2-4 people. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The prices quoted include all additional costs such as water, electricity and final cleaning. In many cases, an arrival and departure time other than the one stated is also possible.
Our old quarry stone building has walls 80 - 90 cm thick. The interior of the building was renovated and extended 70, 40 and just last year.
A large garden belongs to the house, which can be used by our guests. We take care of our property, but also leave nature its space in some areas, so that in summer we encounter a multitude of butterflies, the emblem of our village. In autumn, a pair of squirrels collects the nuts. There are also predators at our house, as one or two pairs of magpies always nest in the large beech trees in the garden.
There is plenty of parking space on and around our property. Bicycles can be stored.

Abfahrt Lichtenbusch unmittelbar vor der belgischen Grenze Richtung Monschau. B258 zunächst Richtung Monschau, später Richtung Koblenz/Trier bis Monschau Höfen. Hier links abbiegen in die Triftstraße bis Hausnummer 49. (Großes Kreuz vor dem Haus)
Anreise aus Richtung Euskirchen
Abfahrt Wisskirchen, dann B266 Richtung Schleiden/Gemünd. Weiter in Gemünd Richtung Simmerath bis Herhahn-Morsbach. Hier L207 Richtung Aachen/Monschau, später B258 Richtung Aachen/Monschau. Vor der Ortschaft Monschau-Höfen rechts abbiegen Richtung Rohren, nach 300 Meter links abbiegen in die Triftstraße. Der Triftstraße 1 km folgen bis Hausnummer 49 (großes Kreuz vor dem Haus)
