Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.

29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

Apartamento chulo y limpio. El apartamento es estupendo y estaba muy limpio. Aunque algo retirado del centro, está bien comunicado con éste mediante autobús urbano justo debajo y enfrente.Tiene todo tipo de menaje de cocina, tendedero, gel y champú,secador de pelo, muchas toallas, etc.. Si bien, sería un plus en la cocina, añadir aceite de oliva y un poco de café de cortesía.Todas las estancias y la decoración están muy bien cuidadas, aunque las camas no destacan por su comodidad.A nosotros, como fuimos con niños y un bebé, nos ofrecieron también trona y cuna, lo que se agradece.Un apartamento sin duda para repetir si vamos de nuevo a Donostia. El grosor y comodidad de los colchones no eran de mi gusto.
