Das Haus bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und verfügt über modernen Komfort, ist aber alt und schmutzig. Es verdient eine gute Auffrischung und eine gründliche Reinigung, da es in seinem Zustand den von Belvilla geforderten hohen Mietpreis nicht rechtfertigt. Hinzu kommt ein Concierge-Problem: Die Ankunft der Mieter sollte besser vorbereitet werden (Hundekot am Pool, eines der Zimmer wird überhaupt nicht gereinigt, ungeeignete Bettwäsche, oberflächliche allgemeine Reinigung).
