Villa Jasminka was built in 2023 and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and surrounding area. Outdoors, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers, a Jacuzzi, and a separate toilet, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a grill, and two parking spots. This holiday home features 160m2 of living space on two fully air-conditioned floors and is equipped with modern furniture. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with access to the covered terrace and garden, a double room with shower/WC, and a bedroom with twin beds and its own shower/WC.
The upper part of the house contains a spacious double room with a beautiful panoramic sea view and a bathroom with shower/WC.

Villa Jasminka is a newly built holiday home in Kastelir, about 12 km from Porec and 8 km from the sea. Close to the house, there are a shop, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ATM, and other facilities. It is situated on its own fenced property of 950 m² with landscaped lawn and surrounded by olive trees.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of non-arrival or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
