Cancellation policy

Booking conditions The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments: 1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking 2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival. The booking can only be canceled in writing. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

If you would like to take a day trip during your stay in the villa, we recommend a visit to Poreč, a city on the Adriatic coast with a rich cultural and historical heritage, which is only 15 minutes away by car. For adventurous guests, Baredine Cave is nearby. Explore this cave along a 300 m long path that ends in an underground lake and if you are lucky you may even see an olm, a species endemic to this area. Since Istria is known for its excellent gastronomic offer, you can also stop by one of the local taverns and you won't go wrong.

Villa Karim offers its guests a variety of opportunities to relax in its 2,000 m² garden. No matter which relaxation corner you choose, the lush vegetation, garden decoration and stone exterior of the villa guarantee you a beautiful view. After a swim in the 50 m² swimming pool, you can enjoy the sun on one of the 8 loungers with parasols that surround the pool.
