On the ground floor, the first thing you notice is the combination of warm and modern atmosphere and the light that flows through the entire open living area. Two large glass doors leading onto the terrace are mounted on the wall, allowing natural light to flow into the living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is partially separated from the kitchen by a half wall, and the sofa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. While you sit with your family or friends in the living room or at the large dining table, you can enjoy the view of the pool, garden and Mediterranean vegetation. Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
