The villa has an area of 180 m² and consists of a first floor and an upper floor. On the first floor there is a room for relaxing, eating and playing. It consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, in addition to the space for relaxing and watching movies, there is also a table football table where both children and adults can let off steam. There is an open fireplace in the middle of the room, which creates a pleasant atmosphere on cold days. All rooms are air-conditioned and the double doors provide plenty of fresh air and natural light.
The villa is surrounded by a 916 m² garden that offers panoramic views of the surrounding green spaces. The star of the outdoor terrace is undoubtedly the 32 m² swimming pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days. There are also 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. In the shade of the villa there is an outdoor dining area and a barbecue for preparing delicious summer meals. Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
