On the ground floor of Villa Aria, there is a single open-plan common space which consists of a spacious living room with a large and comfortable seating area and a multimedia centre that will provide entertainment and relaxation for all the guests. There is also a well-equipped kitchen which doesn’t fall short of anything and a dining area in which you can enjoy a tasty meal. Additional relaxation is offered by an extra seating area where you can relax to your favourite book with a direct view of the swimming pool.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
