Luxury Villa Perhat is located in the quiet town of Prhati in the heart of Istria, right next to the charming town of Višnjan. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people, which makes it ideal for large groups. The modern internal accommodation comprises 2 apartments – 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. The whole space is airy and almost always flooded with natural light. Be sure to explore the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan, just a short distance from the villa. Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
