Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

To explore the area, we recommend a bike ride along the wine and olive oil routes near Villa Marchi. There is a beautiful cycling and walking path called Parenzana, which used to be a railway line. It is one of the most beautiful routes in Istria and leads directly past this area.
