Villa Casa Stefani is located in the greenery of the small village of Kastel, near Buje. This 3-bedroom villa is characterized by a simple, contemporary exterior and modern interior. The area of 110 m² is ideal for a group of friends or families, and will happily welcome pets.
Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an open, bright space for dining and relaxing. There is a modern high gloss kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals as well as a coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a bar that connects to the dining table, making this area ideal for serving food. Next to it is a living room with sofa and Smart TV. There is also a corner for the young ones, who you can always keep an eye on thanks to the openness of the space. Two French doors lead to the outdoor terrace, giving the room a touch of character and plenty of natural light. All rooms are air conditioned.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor while the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor. All rooms have double beds for maximum comfort, as well as dressers for storing clothes and personal items. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and shower cabin and also include toiletries. There is also a washing machine, which will come in handy in case of an unexpected stain.
