The finca has a large kitchen and a dining area with large dining table and seating for 6 people.
The dining area leads on to the light and spacious lounge, which has a traditional beamed ceiling and wooden shutters. There is plenty of seating, Sat TV and DVD. There are ceiling fans to gently circulate the air and cool you from the heat of the Spanish summer. However, the house makes an ideal year round rental, as there is a log burning stove in the living area..
A corridor leads off the kitchen to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a single room, and 2 double rooms, allowing the villa to sleep 5 in comfort.
The bathrooms have huge walk in feature stone shower cubicles, and again have been renovated to a very high standard.

Their are many areas of outstanding natural beauty, such as the Sierra Espuna National Park. This is ideal for hiking, walking, cycling and horse riding and is a nature lover’s paradise.
This 3 bed country house is set in the hamlet of Los Martos, close to the village of Tallante. The property is close to the road network, and combines the tranquility of a rural setting with handy access to the city of Cartagena and the local beaches.
The coastline stretches to over 250 km of coves and sandy beaches, including naturist beaches. It is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, with many facilities on the Mar Menor. And when the younger members of the family tire of the beach, there are fantastic castles, tourist trains, soft play areas, bowling.The cities of Cartagena, Lorca, Murcia have everything to offer. Cafes, bars restaurants and retail outlets including the shopping centres of Nueva Condominia and Parque Mediterrano.
The Costa Calida can be accessed from both Murcia San Javier airport and Alicante airport. Numerous low cost airlines cover both these routes, including Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, flybe and Monarch. Sollte der Mieter von seiner Buchung zurücktreten müssen, so ist ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag nur schriftlich möglich. Der Vermieter wird sich auf Wunsch des Mieters nur im schriftlichen Auftrag um einen adäquaten Nachmieter bemühen. Sollte der Mieter selbst einen adäquaten Nachmieter stellen, so ist eine Umschreibung der Buchung und die Ausstellung eines neuen Mietvertrages erforderlich, die nur vom Vermieter vorgenommen werden kann. In beiden positiven Fällen wird dann die Höhe der vertraglich geschuldeten Rücktrittskosten ( Tabelle
siehe unten ) begrenzt. Wird für den stornierten Zeitraum kein adäquater Nachmieter gefunden, so ist der Mietpreis durch den Mieter, bzw. eine Rückerstattung durch den Vermieter bei bereits geleisteter Restzahlung wie folgt zu leisten Ersatzanspruch des Vermieters bei einem Rücktritt:
– Stornierung bis 75 Tage vor Mietbeginn: die volle Anzahlung
– Stornierung ab 74. bis 45. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises
– Stornierung ab 44. bis 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 80% des Mietpreises
– Stornierung ab 29. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 90% des Mietpreises.
Ein Rücktritt vom Mietvertrag gilt nur mit schriftlicher Erklärung! Maßgeblich ist der Eingang der schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung bei dem Vermieter.
