The private pool (heatable on request / pool operation from May to October) of 33 m² is situated on the south side of the garden, which is completely surrounded by a wall with a Mediterranean flair. Within this wall, there are 2 covered car parking spaces and 1 additional parking space.
The covered terrace features a sun-protected outdoor table with 8 seats. A gas grill and a ping pong table are also available.
Villa Stefanja is a spacious modern house offering 174 m² of living space. The ground floor has an air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen, a dining room table with 8 seats, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. Three bedrooms have access to the large balcony with a beautiful view over the Brijuni Islands. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
For families with children, a high chair and a baby cot are offered.
Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
From the spacious balcony, you have a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea with the Brijuni Islands.

The villa is located in the tranquil Istrian village of Galižana in the south of Istria. The inhabitants of Galižana are mainly engaged in traditional agriculture, which is why you'll find splendid wine and the best olive oil in Istria there.
For all lovers of art and culture, the nearby town of Vodnjan is the perfect destination full of historical attractions.
The beach in Fažana is just 5 km away. Fažana is a charming little fishing village with numerous restaurants, from which you can take a boat to the Brijuni National Park.
Pula, the largest city in Istria with numerous shopping opportunities and attractions, including the Roman amphitheater, is only 5 km away.
Cape Kamenjak, a world-famous national park with educational and recreational trails, is about 10 km from Pula.
The best way to arrive is via the E751. Then take exit 9 (Vodnjan Jug / Dignano sud) and drive up to the 21 and turn left there. After about 1.5 km, turn left towards Galižana (into Fažanska Ulica). After about 500 m, turn right (bus stop) and follow the road to the end (cul-de-sac). It is the last house on the right side.
