Cancellations of reservations communicated by the client more than 49 days prior to the date of entry into accommodation will be penalized with 25 percent of the total reservation.
On the other hand, cancellations of reservations communicated by the customer 49 days or less prior to the date of entry into the accommodation will be penalized with the total amount of the reservation.
Likewise, the total amount of the reservation will be charged when the client does not show up at the reserved accommodation (NO SHOW) or even interrupts his/her stay at the accommodation.
