An oasis to feel good and relax in the heart of Marcana with a private, heatable infinity pool (40sqm) with 2 massage beds and a beautiful olive garden. The city villa is fully air-conditioned and is mostly made of stone. It can accommodate 6 people. The main house consists of a large kitchen with a separate living-dining area and a toilet on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, each with their own glazed bathroom, are on the upper floor. A small terrace with a beautiful view over the entire property is on the upper floor (4 chairs and table). The third bedroom with its own bathroom is accessible separately next to the pool area. The large outdoor terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a stone grill and outdoor sink. A large dining table with 8 chairs is available. A table tennis table provides fun and games and a trampoline for younger guests. There are 5 loungers and 2 parasols available at the pool. In the evening the holiday home is beautifully lit. Parking in front of the house.

The Adventure Park “Glavani” and horse riding “Barba Tone” are only about 10 minutes away by car.

Restaurants and larger shopping markets in the surrounding area and can be reached quickly by car. Beautiful Istrian beaches can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by car, Pula in about 15 minutes.
The city villa Genesis is located in Marčana/Istria and can be reached by car or plane (rental car required).
Marčana is a small Istrian town in the southeastern part of the peninsula. It borders the historic city of Pula, which offers numerous events and interesting sights.
The closest beach "Duga Uvala" is 9 km away.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach Fazana, from where there is a ferry to Brijuni National Park.
