Only the ground floor of this charming terraced house is for rent and is divided into 2 apartments, ideal for a family holiday. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 8 people. In addition to the elegant interior, you will be greeted by a spacious garden with a swimming pool, summer kitchen and children's playground with trampoline. There is no better setting for enjoying the company of your loved ones and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The spacious ground floor of 110 m² is divided into 2 apartments with separate entrances. The main part of both apartments consists of air-conditioned open-plan living areas with living room, kitchen and dining room. One apartment has a modern elegance and the other has a combination of modern decoration and a charming rustic style. A stone fireplace and wooden beams in the ceiling create a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Both kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and the living room has a sofa bed and a TV. One kitchen has a gas cooker and the other a glass ceramic hob. There is a large dining table between the kitchen and living room, ideal for family meals, and a high chair is also available.
There are 2 bedrooms in one of the apartments and 1 bedroom in the other. Each apartment has 1 bathroom. These rooms continue the elegant modern decoration with a touch of tradition. The result is a pleasant environment where you will have your own oasis to relax at the end of the day. Two rooms have large double beds and one has 2 single beds that can be joined together if required. A cot is also available if needed. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped. They both have a shower cabin and you can also make use of a hairdryer.
One apartment has access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for morning tea in a peaceful atmosphere. The second apartment has access to an equally inviting lounge area. The 24 m² swimming pool is available during the summer months and is perfect for a refreshing dip after soaking up the sun on the sundeck with sun loungers. The central gathering place will be the beautiful covered summer kitchen, which is located next to the swimming pool. It is equipped with a barbecue and a large dining table where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals and chat late into the night. Children can enjoy themselves in the grass playground with a house and trampoline. You can also organise a family table tennis tournament. Inside the property there is parking for 2 cars.
