Holiday home Casa Hamaca is well maintained and consists of two floors. Close by, (but just far enough to not have any "nuisance") is the spacious communal swimming pool. For an occupancy of up to 4 people you stay in the attractive upstairs apartment. If you would like to stay in this unique casa with the whole family or a group of friends, the ground floor apartment will also be opened. Casa Hamaca is perfect for 1 or 2 families or for a group that wants some extra privacy.

You Enter the upstairs apartment of Casa Hamaca in the cozy living room with an open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The TV in the living room has Dutch channels. Bedroom 1: a double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: two twin beds. There is a spacious bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washing machine. As afe is available. Through the living room with French doors you enter the terrace, with a nice cozy lounge corner. You can walk down from the terrace to end up in the garden with sun beds and a hammock under the beautiful palm. On the side of the house is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
Ground floor
The living room is equipped with a small TV, dining table and a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric stove. Bedroom 1: a double bed, Bedroom 2: two twin beds. The bedrooms are very spacious and have ample closet space. Both bedrooms share the large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and two spacious washbasins. The ground floor apartment has air conditioning, which can provide the entire floor with cool air during the hot days. Through the patio doors in the living room you enter the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden. If you rent the house with 2 to 4 people, the ground floor will remain closed.
Practical information
7 nights minimum stay. Arrival and departure on preferably on Saturday. Other arrival days in consultation. In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
A surcharge applies when using the downstairs apartment and cannot be rented from November to April.

A security deposit for Casa Hamaca is applied of € 250,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
A stay in the wintermonths November - April is possible on request for a maximum of eight weeks.

Unless the published accommodation on the website of Casita Travel states other conditions under the heading Booking conditions or unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owes the following immediately due and payable amounts in the event of cancellation of the agreement:
a. Cancellation up to the 42nd day before departure: the full down payment; i.e. 30% of the basic travel sum plus 100% of the flight price and cancellation insurance
b. Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) up to the 29th day before departure: 60% of the basic travel sum plus 100% of the flight price and cancellation insurance
c. In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) before departure or later: the entire travel sum as well as the amounts already invoiced as referred to in Article 4 (4).
When a booking is done a down payment must be made that is equal to 30% of the total agreed amount, the rest of the amount must be in Casita Travel's possession no later than six weeks before the day of departure.
If the booking is concluded within six weeks before the day of departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.
