All rooms are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. You enter the apartment directly from the bright living area, where you'll find a sofa bed, a piece of furniture with a smart TV, a dining table for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking.
WiFi is available throughout the property, and a shared laundry room is located in the basement. The property also has an open private parking area within the fully fenced premises. Poggio le Crete, a newly built structure with its modern and refined style, consists of only three units available for separate rental, including the Gelso Apartment.

The residence is immersed in a large and quiet green park with olive trees where there is the wonderful natural style swimming pool, shared with only two other apartments, that will allow you to spend wonderful holidays in tranquility and absolute relaxation, with the advantage of being in an easily accessible and strategically located place to visit the beauties of Lake Garda, which is only about 2 km away.
Bed sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set for each person booking.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 300 in cash which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
