This apartment is really great to spend ones holidays in. Families are especially fond of it as it is modern, well taken care of and has got a garden behind the house and a swimming pool in front.
The apartment is very light due to a big window area facing the south. There are two rooms (living room with kitchen area and a sleeping room). In the sleeping room there is a king-sized bed for 2 persons and in the living room there is a top quality double sofa plus récamiere offering enough space for further 3 persons.
Everything is new, functional and stylish. The bathroom is tiled in white with a shower and a big mirror. A small balcony can be used with teak furniture.
There is free internet connection, free parking, garden with deck chairs, barbecue, garage for bikes. You can furthermore use our pool in summer, a sauna (5 €) and a washing machine (2,50 €), rent a bike nearby at a very reasonable price.

Nearby (Reichsstraße, Steubenplatz) there are shopping facilities (supermarket, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, post-office, chemists), sights (ICC, Funkturm Waldbühne, Olympic Stadion) means of public transport (metro U-Bahn U2 (to Potsdamer Platz, Regierungsviertel, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstraße, Alex, City East) as well as bus 104 to the fair, bus M 45 to Zoologischer Garten, City West, Gedächtniskirche, KuDamm. You can park your car in the court yard (free parking).

Autofahrer kommen über die Autobahn Ausfahrt: Kaiserdamm, dann Richtung Olympiastadion/Spandau bis Kirschenallee, von dort in die Nussbaumalle. (Bitte von der Kirschenallee oder Bolivarallee in die Nussbaumallee einbiegen, da die Nussbaumallee nicht vollständig durchfahrbar ist.)
Bahnfahrer Station "Spandau" aussteigen und den M45 Richtung "Zoo" bitte bis Kirschenallee fahren (ca. 15 Min.).
Vom Flughafen Schönefeld die R7 Richtung "Zoolog. Garten", Zoo aussteigen und in den M 45 Bus umsteigen (Exit: Kirschenallee). Die Kirschenallee geradeaus bis zur 2. Querstraße rechts/Nussbaumallee (nur 50 m Fußweg) Und schon sind Sie "Herzlich Willkommen!" bei uns.
