Cancellation policy
If you, as the renter of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's cancellation date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before occupancy begins: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before occupancy begins: 50%
- from the 29th day before occupancy begins: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If you are officially prohibited from traveling due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Holiday destination
Both the kilometer-long, wide fine sandy beach and the charming center of Capbreton with numerous cafes, good restaurants, some boutiques, and all the shops for daily needs are about 1 km away. The picturesque small fishing and marina with its daily fish market is about 2.5 km away.
Getting there
By car: from Bordeaux, take the A63 towards Bayonne/San Sebastian.
After about 140 km, take exit No. 8 towards "Hossegor", "Capbreton".
After the tollbooth, turn right at the roundabout onto the D28 towards "Hossegor", "Capbreton", and "Seignosse".

Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Ausstattung, defekte Mikrowelle wurde binnen Stunden durch eine neue ersetzt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war in einem gepflegten Zustand und guter Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit oder ggf. mit kleiner Familie. Auch wenn es sich um einen Appartmentblock mit über 20 Wohnungen handelt, war es sehr ruhig. Viele der Wohnungen sind anscheinend von Eigentümern bewohnt, so dass es keine reine Touristen-Anlage ist. Der Vermieter hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit für uns ergeben sollte, würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
