Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge. If you cancel after that, you will incur the costs listed below. We are trying to get a new booking for the time. If someone books, you will also get your cancellation fee refunded! Up to 1 week before arrival 50% and in the last week before arrival 80% of the booking amount.

Holiday destination
Fügen is very centrally located. You can reach all places in the Zillertal but also outside in the nearby Inntal valley in a very short time. Whether it's a trip to Innsbruck, lake Achensee or another place in Tyrol. In winter, many ski areas can be reached in max. 15 minutes, the Spieljochbahn is only 2 minutes away. Lottis Dahuam is therefore a central spot for excursions in summer and winter. Skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, golf, swimming pool, thermal baths, hiking, biking - all on the doorstep!
Getting there
On the Zillertal main road past Fügen and the train station Fügen, then take the exit to the right uphill. This leads to the 1st roundabout, there you take the 1st exit (leads uphill), shortly afterwards you come to the 2nd roundabout, there you take the 2nd exit (uphill again), past the supermarket MPreis, to the Hotel Mia Alpin. Directly at the hotel you turn right, after about 100 m the first possibility turn right again into a gravel road. The 3rd and last house is your destination. The parking garage with 2 parking spaces and an e-charging station is located in the basement of the house.
