The 45-year-old house with its mature garden and beautiful magnolia has been recently renovated. It has four bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room has a satellite TV, games and books for all ages, a sitting area and a dining area. From here you can access the garden and the terrace with awning, a large umbrella and garden furniture. The bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort with new, high-quality mattresses and bed linen. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a double bed. There are also two further bedrooms with stackable beds that can be converted into four single beds. The fourth bedroom with a single bed is located on the ground floor and, like the living room, has access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as a new stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The accommodation has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a new shower, bath and WC. Towels, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer are provided for you. There is also a separate WC on the first floor. The accommodation also has a garage, which can be used to store your bicycles or surfing equipment, as well as a covered parking space.

The historic city center, the APX and the harbor of the Xantener Südsee are between 10 and 20 minutes away on foot. The Rhine with the Bislicher Insel nature reserve and the nearby Hees forest area are also ideal for a nature walk. The ferry landing stage 1.5 km away offers pedestrians and cyclists the opportunity to explore the other side of the Rhine. Within a few minutes you can reach the Dombogen with stores and a medical center. Take advantage of the opportunity to reach the many events in the city center and the APX without having to search for a parking space.

CHECK-OUT until 11 a.m. (Later possible by arrangement, as well as the possibility to leave the suitcases until departure time).
The keys are handed over at the vacation home. Please contact the landlord shortly before arrival and departure.
The accommodation is a 25-minute walk from the train station. Alternatively, you can reach Xanten by car via the B57, the nearest highways are the A3, A42 and A57.

Xanten is a recognized climatic health resort. The visitor's tax must be paid on arrival.
The last booking option is 3 days before arrival. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
