After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right) at the intersection, turn right and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg until you reach the dunes.
Turn left there; after about 300 m on the left is Park Strandslag. The apartment building is immediately on the left.

If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.
