Größter Mangel: Skikeller kalt, Heizstäbe nur handwarm. 16 Skischuhe auf Heizungen im Wohn-Essbereich getrocknet, erhöhte Heizkosten Mängel: defektes Licht an Eingangstür, stockdunkel, Stolpergefahr; defekter Rollladen im Schlafzimmer; völlig durchgelegene Matratzen in den Betten Falsche Angaben in Objektbeschreibung (einige davon inzwischen korrigiert): Entfernung zur Bushaltestelle mit 50 Metern; es gibt seit längerem keinen Bus mehr Entfernung zum Skilift mit 2 km; bis zur Gondel sind es ca. 4 km. Extra anfallende Energieverbräuche nicht in den Mietbedingungen aufgeführt, lediglich kleingedruckt in den AGB unter 3.1 Pflicht, bei Schnee- und Eisglätte Schneeketten anzulegen, fehlt; sehr kurvige und enge Straße bei Schnee ein Horror.
