The apartment Dettis Place has been renovated in 2021 and you can find 2 separate double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with round table and comfortable sitting corner - all with tv, wireless internet
as well as a nice bathroom with shower and separated toilet and wardrobe. The apartment is on the ground floor, possible to rent for handicapd and allergic persons.
You have a nice terrace outside and your own garden with sitting area as well as bbq, sun beds and lounge area to enjouy a peaceful and sunny day outside.
In the building you will find a washroom equipped with a washing machine and dryer (usable with 1 € coins).
In summer you get FREE cards for the gondola in Gerlos and Königsleiten
In winter you get a FREE Skidepot (heated locker) directly at the "Dorfbahn" for your equipment!

You can drive directly to the house with your car and then park in our insde garage for free. The ski- and bikeroom is in our garage as well. You can bring your luggage with the elevator to the apartment on the ground floor.
There is a supermarket next door as well as restaurants, skilift, bus station, medical surgery etc. Hiking possibilities start in front of your door....
By plane to Innsbruck or Munich and then with a taxi transfer to Gerlos
By train to Jenbach, then take the Zillertalbahn (small train) to Zell am Ziller and then by bus or taxi to Gerlos
By car drive to the exit Achensee/Zillertal, keep going until Zell am Ziller, exit Gerlospaß, up the mountain for 18km until you reach the centre of Gerlos, right side next to the church is Dettis Place, Gerlos Nr 146
