The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a stove here that can heat the entire cabin on slightly chilly winter days. There is a bedroom with a double bed and here, too, a TV. One bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is bright and has a shower. Next to the kitchen is a room with a washing machine and dryer. From the living room there is the exit to a glassed-in conservatory and a balcony that is partially covered. The plot is generous and fenced with a fence and gate. Hallandsåsen has beech forest, paddocks surrounded by stone-walled yards, beaches and dense spruce forest. From the sea in the west, with Torekov and Båstad, Ängelholm in the south, Bjärehalvön, Laholm in the north with long beaches and the troll forest, which stretches all the way to Örkelljunga in the east. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and places to eat. A short drive away is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive south from the ridge lies Lake Västersjön. Here there is excellent fishing and the possibility to rent a boat etc. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby. The nearest is Laholms Gk.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
