In a great location, just a fifteen minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa along country lanes, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive during their holidays. From here you can walk to the beach (15min) and in the evening participate of the variety of leisure activities in town or visit the numerous restaurants and bars by the sea side.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Payeras. The only access to it is by walk, and it can take around 1 hour excursion to finally meet with pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.
