Holiday destination
Villa Rafals is situated in La Rafal Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town at the bottom. From here you can drive to Pollensa Old Town (5 km) and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the village has to offer -- from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
Puerto Pollensa (20 min drive) is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
